Saturday~Man! These Diggers dont stop for anything! I thought I would get to see Hoover Dam but all the Little were asleep soo ZOOOMM we went. All I could get was this sign.

Our home for a couple weeks while we wait for our new house! It is very small and everyone is trying to get adjusted! Digger started school today (Tuesday) and has already made some friends! Looks like Nevada is going to be a great place (Gypsy Mama already new that ;) )

I heard that I got left behind while everyone else got to go to a fabulous organic eatery in Sedona Wednesday night! GEEZ people how am I supposed to blog if you dont keep up and dont take me!

Albuquerque, NM to Sedona and "The Vortex"

yeppee! we made it to the Red Rocks and the Vortex!

Lunch was fabulous! Thought we were just stopping at a Jerry's and it ended up being a great mexican joint! We did the dance of joy for good food! Those are petrified wood they are standing next to!

Wednesday morning we didnt have "far" to go so we figured we could easily find authentic breakfast burritos! So we drove and drove and took a stop in Old Town New Mexico. I made a couple friends, but nothing was open!

So we drove and drove and finally stopped at a Starbucks where they told us the best breakfast burritos were at the Lottaburger down the road who would have thunk it! I am watching my girlish figure so I refrained but the Diggers said they were great!

What a LOONNGGG day! Whew 10 hours and over 500 miles! BUt we made OK City to Albuquerque (what a funny name and very hard to spell!). We saw a little snow in the hills and everyone was loving the wide open skies and puffy clouds. Tomorrow we get to head to rest for a day in Sedona with friends! Then Friday on to Las Vegas (which means the hill in Spanish) Lots of Spanish lessons on this trip! THe kiddos will need it!

Monday Night ~ Oklahoma City

Never did find my bonnet but I found my friend River! Who is that peaking behind the couch?

Everyone is ready for swimming! LOVE the hand-me-downs (Gypsy Mama really get your good camera out geez!) Lil' Digger is in girl clothes and Itty Bit is in boys clothes! Everyone had a great time swimming and slept yeh!

Alabam, Little Rock an OK!

Sunday morning was soo hectic! No one was even able to snap a going away photo or a picture of mwa! Really as Itty Bit and Digger say Gypsy Mama get it together girl!! But we made it from Auburn, Alabama to Little Rock, Arkansas. We ate in the city that Elvis lived in at Miss Pearl's and everyone had Alligator bites! Blah not for me! I was very worried we would have to be sleeping with the alligators when we got stuck in bumper to bumper traffic that was down to one lane at 9 pm between Little Rock and Memphis! Whew but we made it, everyone was tired and crabby.

Got a laatteee start the next day but we finally got out of Little Rock! Gypsy Mama wouldnt share her coffee but she let me ride up front (with the Mini Schnauzer "Sugar", Elke (Lab) gets to ride up front in the big truck and Odin (Chesapeake Bay Retriever) is happiest in his crate in the back of the truck with the wind in his hair) and listen to the xm radio (whomever rides with Itty Bit (2.5 yrs) and Lil' Digger (4 months) gets the XM!
Ha ha iPhones dont take very good traveling photos Gypsy Mama! That little sign wayy in the background says OKLAHOMA (where the wind goes whistling through the trees)! Now where is my bonnet and the surry with the fringe on top?

I was very glad she told us about this Bike Rodeo/Race. What a great active way to spend St. Paddy's Day!
This is Cousin Belle, our cousins like to stay very active and she let me be on her bike. I cant wait for Itty Bit and Digger and Lil' Digger to take me for rides

Saturday was so wonderful! We the great bicyclists who won this bike didnt want it so she gave it to Ava! Its a very nice gift!

Thursday, Friday ...

Thursday wasnt a lot goin on! Just errands and Itty Bit and Digger were at school (yeh they both felt better!) So I had a picture all set of me leaving South Carolina and with Itty Bit, Digger, and Lil' Digger and Gypsy Mama lost it! How do you "Loose" a picture in the digi age anyways? Silly mamas! We traveled through South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama Friday and made it to the Diggers cousins and Granny & Papa! Papa is very sick so we are very thankful we got to see him! Everyone commented on how pretty my hair was and had to give me a squeeze (even Granny)

Wednesday! saying goodbye!

Its so very hard to say goodbye to a home! Getting ready for the movers to come and take the last of the furniture!
We will miss our Fairy trees!
Itty Bit was still feeling icky so she put her fairy wings on to make her feel better!

Two whole days rolled into one!

Pray (hope cheer us on whatever you believe) that we get this bug gone and everyone starts being able to eat!

This moving has even worn out Little Digger! He loves his Pine Cone Gnomey though! Its quite funny when Itty Bitty Digger tries to steal it from him. Even when he is asleep he will hold tight and she usually gets in trouble but she LOVES Gnomey too!

Ahh nap time! My belly is hurting like Itty Bitty Digger and Digger! Even Lil' Digger is starting to not feel good. Blah I am sure glad all that has happened hasnt ended up on me! Poor Gypsy Mama, she is sure tired of taking showers!
Wow! Its good thing these boxes are soo big! The Diggin family have ALOT of stuff! Do we really need all this STUFF? I am sure glad I am not going into that big dark box. Itty Bitty Digger was scared of the boxes too! But she warmed up and even started helping the movers!

Itty Bit Digger was very scared (and had been sick all night long). SHe didnt like the thought of movers coming. She was also very tired! But I made her feel better! I keep trying to convince her that we need my pretty shirt with the rose back on but nooo Hello Kitty it is!
Ahh waking up with my buddy's "Jedi" and "Digger" was great! Yeh Jedi is the kid with the Mohawk no not that one the red mohawk! But the movers came and (see above as Gypsy Mama hasnt figured out how to tell my story in the proper order yet geez! I apologize for the confusion! These Stay at Home Moms I tell you its like they have lost all brain function!

Helping out

Then I thought wait! They have to take clothes with them, so I decided I would help out. I havent quite gotten the hang of this folding stuff though. Man there are a lot of clothes to pack for 5 people! And the baby Boo has three times as many things as anyones else does!

Ahh time for bed! I wonder which of my loveies I get to cuddle with tonight! We were reading about a burning bush and Diggin Daddy made a remark about my hair and the bush resembling each other hah! Diggin Gypsy Mama defended my pretty hair though :)

Getting ready for our move!

Wow! What a big day we had! My family started packing for their big move. Everything started going into boxes and suitcases. There were piles EVERYWHERE! I was a bit scared I would be packed up too, so I hid for a bit.

I guess I forgot to explain my wild hair and my wide open (always ready for a hug!) arms. oopsy loopsy! I am what you would call a Steiner/Waldorf inspired doll. My whole body is stuffed with squishy wool that warms up by being hugged and it is up to my lovey (or kid) to decide what mood I am in, dress etc. There are LOTS of different kinds of dolls like me (MY lovey's brother doesnt have a "doll" per say, his is a "Jedi" because "boys dont play with dolls" (which I say poppysock to). Not any one kind is the same, some have bright hair, some have hair like you, some are thicker some are thinner, that is the wonderful thing about us! We are just as special with green hair as we are with brown or blond or pink! Just like our "lovey's" are.

My new HOME!

I am soo excited! I have just gotten from my mama maker (Honey & Twigs) to my new Mama Gypsy (she crochets things so I am excited for a new sweater) When I got here I learned that I was going to be a model but when Itty Bit saw me, she new I was supposed to be in her arms. I was soo happy, a little girl that would be my own. Then I learned we were all going on a big trip as this family was moving (it sounds like they do that a lot and I am super excited for all of the places I am going to see. Hopefully Mama Gypsy will make me a something to keep me warm on our adventure! Check back tomorrow to check on my new adventure
